About Us
Nestled in the heart of Cheshire, down the road from both the Middlewood Way and the Macclesfield Canal, just a stones throw away from the Peak District sits The Windmill Inn.
Since October 2012 The Windmill has been run by the Nixon family, with Pete & Jane at the helm. We are very proud that over the past 5 years our son, George, has been Head Chef. Our daughter Daisy is now integral in our business, not only creating our website but also serving amazing food and drinks. Together we’re very passionate about sourcing local produce and delivering a fresh seasonal menu.
